Professor Paula Franzese

Paula Franzese is the Peter W. Rodino Distinguished Professor of Law at Seton Hall Law, where she teaches Property, Commercial Transactions and Professional Responsibility, and directs the Leadership Fellows Program.
She received her B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. Her scholarship has led to significant legislative reform of state ethics laws and landlord/tenant laws.
The book What the Best Law Teachers Do (Harvard University Press) names her among the 26 "best law teachers" in the nation.
